The strategic management of the organization is currently perhaps the most complex and poorly formalized part of modern management. And of course, for the most impatient after the task set in the case, one of the possible solutions is waiting. These decisions should not be treated like dogma, on the contrary – this is a good foundation for criticism and the development of one’s own view of the strategic planning process. The thing is that this is a creative process!

So for whom is this book written? First of all, for business owners, it will be useful for you to learn the practical application of strategic planning models. Indeed, if you do not formulate strategic objectives for the owners, then who will set them? In addition, this book will be very useful for hired leaders of organizations. After all, when the owner moves away from the operational management of the company, the strategic development issues do not disappear, and their decision is assigned to you – hired managers.
